LESSONS
In life, I don't like guilt-ridden things, so I try to be non-judgmental and feel guilty because we eat a burger where we are not vegan: NO! I'm not interested in the idea
it is really to be either and in agreement with yourself: your body and
your head.
Meditation can be different.
The Yoga that I teach which is a mixture of dynamic yoga and ashtanga
(the base) has for goal,
it's to be focused on your body for 1 hour, a moment for yourself,
which for me is a form of different meditation.

WEDNESDAY
Intermediate level
Yoga focused on deep strengthening and the ashtanga / vinyasa technique. We will also learn the inversions, calorie burner, You will eliminate all toxins and negative ideas! Perfect for the body, and the soul! Get ready to sweat!


YOGA GONE TO BASICS
SUNDAY
Beginner level
Positioning course, we dissect the steps of the first greetings, we resume breathing techniques for those who have never practiced and for all the others. A class which is useful throughout the years.
